What is your return policy?


Returns and Exchanges
We will always accept return of any of our products that are damaged in shipping within a 30 day period. We will also gladly accept the return of any of our products except custom items, for any other reason within a 30 day period, so long as the returned products have not been used, altered, damaged, or changed in anyway whatsoever. Minimum Charge of 25% or $10 - whichever is more - for items not returned in their original packaging!

Please state a reason for the return. If you think the item was ugly, then tell us "I think it was ugly."

As soon as we get the item and it passes our inspection to ensure that the item has not been used, altered, damaged or changed, then, we will credit your credit card in the amount previously charged and collected for the item. Please note that we do not cover the cost of any shipping and you bear the risk of any damage or loss prior to our receipt of the returned item. Minimum Charge of 25% or $10 - whichever is more - for items not returned in their original packaging!


What is your shipping policy?
Orders over $50 ship FREE to the 48 States. All other orders ship at a low flat rate of $8.95 to those states. We ship to the Continental 48 STATES via 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail or Ground UPS (depending on quantity). Choice of shipping method is at our option. Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by Priority Mail for a flat rate of $16.95. No free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

We are happy to deliver to APO & Military addresses!

We ship your order as soon as practical. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days unless there is a problem with your payment, in which case we will contact you to finalize the order.

Backorders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will contact you if your order will need to be delayed for more than a few days. Of course, with any back order item, we can not make any guarantees that the item continues to be available. If any item you order has become unavailable, we will either, at our discretion, substitute and send you a substantially similar item or seek to notify you that the particular item is no longer available.

Taxes
Our business is operated from Texas. All orders which are to be shipped within Texas will automatically show sales tax in the total which is figured at 8.25%. If you are located outside of Texas and any sales taxes are applicable to your purchase, the tax amounts will be charged to you as a condition to shipment. All other orders are sales tax free.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on what state you are shipping to. Orders are normally processed & shipped in 1-2 business days.
